Yes. Cancel from your account page in a couple of clicks — no email, no phone call. Cancelling stops the next renewal, and your paid features stay available until the end of the period you have already paid for. After that the account drops back to Free.
Nothing is deleted. All of your hypotheses stay in your account. Private hypotheses require a paid plan, so on the Free plan they become read-only — you can still open and read them, but not edit or run new backtests on them — until you upgrade again, at which point they unlock exactly as you left them.
We do not refund partial months. Cancel whenever you like and you keep access until the end of the period you paid for, with no further charges. If something went genuinely wrong — a double charge, a billing error, a renewal you were charged for after cancelling — email [email protected] and we will put it right.
